I wanted practical formulas, not theory. This gave me a much clearer picture of how each cleaning product is actually made and what to watch while preparing a batch. It sits on my production desk now.
Three formula books — 85 verified formulations each. Every page gives the full raw-material list with function, exact quantities for a 1 kg batch, the method step by step, target pH, QC checks and packing spec. Not recipes. Production sheets.
Every formula adds up to exactly 1000 g. No "a little of this".
A recipe says "add some SLES". A production sheet says 120 g, why it is there, what happens if you skip it, and what pH the finished product must read. Every one of the 255+ pages looks like this.
| Raw material | Qty | Function |
|---|---|---|
| Purified water (deionised) | 520 ml | Base |
| Perfumer's alcohol base | 300 ml | Carrier, fast dry |
| PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil | 45 g | Solubiliser |
| Fragrance concentrate | 35 g | Scent |
| Panthenol 75% | 20 g | Hair conditioning |
| Preservative (phenoxyethanol + EHG) | 4 g | Mandatory |
| Total batch | 1000 ml |
Each volume is complete on its own. Together they cover the entire counter of a cleaning-and-care business — from phenyl to face serum to agarbatti.
The everyday products every household buys every month.
Skin, hair and body — each with stability protocol and preservative dose.
Attar to agarbatti to soy candle — with process temperature and curing protocol.
Most formulas online are missing the five things that make a product survive a shelf. These books were written to put exactly those five back.
Picked from the 255+ for one reason: high demand, low raw-material cost, simple process.
Licence to manufacture and sell. Every copy is licensed for personal and commercial production — the purchaser may manufacture and sell products made using these formulations. What you may not do is reproduce or resell the book itself. Labelling, registration and any efficacy claim remain your responsibility.
Nothing hidden. A sample of the formulas in each category — the books carry every one.
Full formulation tables, methods and critical points — exactly as printed. Touch a page to pause.

Manufacturers, entrepreneurs and formulation professionals.

I wanted practical formulas, not theory. This gave me a much clearer picture of how each cleaning product is actually made and what to watch while preparing a batch. It sits on my production desk now.

The cosmetic formulations are laid out simply and in order. Having the function of every ingredient next to its quantity, with the method step by step, made skincare and hair-care development far easier to understand and repeat.

Perfume, attar, room fragrance and candle formulas in one place — with clear quantities and process steps — made planning my own trials much simpler. I keep the book open while developing every new product.

The range is what sold me. Cleaning, personal care and fragrance products in one set — I could explore all three without hunting for separate references. It gave me a far better starting point for product development.

These books focus on the actual formulation process, not just basic information. The methods, quantities and process points tell me what has to be checked before a product is made. It works as a practical reference for day-to-day production.

Written plainly, so the money goes to the right place.
Same 255+ formulations in both. The only question is whether you want the sheets on the production table or on the phone.

Yes. Each copy is licensed for personal and commercial production — you may manufacture and sell products made using these formulations. You may not reproduce, translate or redistribute the book itself. Labelling, licences and registrations for your jurisdiction remain your responsibility.
Yes. The books use Indian raw-material names and grades — SLES 28%, BKC, LABSA, CAPB, perfumer's alcohol base and so on — the names your local chemical supplier already uses.
No. You need a weighing scale, a pH meter or strips, basic vessels, safety equipment and a ventilated space. Every method is written for a 1 kg batch on a table. What you do need is the discipline to trial-batch before you scale.
Not from the book. No efficacy figure, kill percentage or protection factor may be printed on a commercial label without a test report from an accredited laboratory on your own batch. The books give you the formula; the claim needs your test.
Yes. Order the hard copy and you get lifetime online access immediately — you don't wait for the books to arrive. No extra charge.
Many are. Several are not without proper protection — the toilet cleaners, bleach, drain openers and solvent-based products use corrosive acids, strong alkalis, oxidisers and flammable solvents. The books open with a minimum-safety section, and each hazardous formula carries its own handling note. Read them, and never mix acid with anything containing chlorine.
